I think many churches are weak - calling for easy faith and labeling those that ask for a real commitment as legalistic or even heretical. How do we avoid being a cult with non-biblical commitments and incorrect dogmatic doctrinal demands while at the same time, helping people struggle with the truth of the faith, STARTING at conversion? I don't have the answers, but I do know that the phase "seeker friendly" is not the enemy.
