His Favorite January 7, 2007

Treated as less–

     invisible,

     or just stupid.

Yet God is there

     He knows who He

     made me to be.

I am the righteousness of God

     in Christ Jesus.

The head and not the tail–

     Above only,

     and not beneath–

          someone’s feet.

I am loved.

     His treasure.

A magnificient

     creation.

They may not know who I am,

     but the Creator does,

     and He lives in me.

I am never invisible.

     I am not less.

     And I am not stupid.

I am a child of the King–

     The apple of His eye–

And His Favorite!
